The next champion rework for Riot Games is Pantheon. He is a gladiatorial warrior known for his large map presence and his easy to use abilities. But the development makes Pantheon better and badder.
Lore behind the champion is pretty intense. In the game’s story he is actually an entity called the “aspect of war”, and his human body is taken over by this entity. Thus Pantheon does what the spirit wants. In a nutshell, Pantheon is a warlike spirit currently possessing a body of a renowned warrior.
But in the League of Legends update, the spirit –“aspect of war”, no longer inhabits his body. But the warrior has free will. Atreus brings his warrior expertise and the powers of the dead aspect and improves his abilities.
His improvements include his spear throw. Earlier, he just threw a homing spear towards his foes. Now, his spear charges up for a skill-shot throw.
His Aegis of Zeonia like ability helps him leap towards his foes for a deadly strike. But his ultimate is to look out for. The Grand Starfall, is his ultimate which helps him drift towards the targeted area instead of immediately slamming the middle of his chosen area.
The League of Legends website updated that the next major patch 9.16 gets out on August 14th. And then the reworked Pantheon gets released. Pantheon’s original skill set is aggressive, and it helps dominate enemies.
