Different trends are continuously popping out of the Internet nowadays. More often than not, these trends offer a one size fits all solution to our daily problems. Some of these trends include workout routines meant to help people achieve their fitness goals.
However, each person has a different need. Quite often these cookie-cutter solutions do not always work for everybody. Everyone has their own unique set of habits, skills, and internal struggles that need to be considered when formulating a workout plan to sustain a stress-free lifestyle. Backed up by experience, a degree in Exercise Science, an Action Personal Training Certification, and an “Exercise as Medicine” accreditation, Lucas Hyde is helping people achieve their fitness goals.
An entrepreneur, model, and a content creator, Hyde created the 4 Fitness Frameworks that aim to help people achieve a sustainable lifestyle.
Growing up, Hyde experienced many events in his life that affected him internally. He was introduced early to the value of work and reward. As a young boy, he would spend summers helping in his grandfather’s farm in Arkansas. While in the farm, he learned what it meant to work for what mattered the most.
“I was raising chickens, fishing, gardening, and running off the deer so that we could eat. We also had to work to prepare ourselves for winter, we cut trees and split wood so that we would have a nice, warm fireplace,” recalls Hyde.
However, Hyde’s life was not all happy memories. When he was 15 years old, his parents separated after almost 26 years of marriage. The separation broke their family beyond repair. At that time, Lucas was about 225 lbs and a dorky band kid who played video games every single day. He had no passion or desire to do anything else important in life. He became unhappy with how he looked and became extremely depressed.
He eventually reached a breaking point. He decided to take matters into his own hands and started taking steps towards becoming a stronger version of himself. He started by watching what he ate and doing a few exercises. Despite losing weight, he was still unhappy, so he tore the Internet looking for diet plans, workout routines, and supplements to help him achieve what he wanted. However, this just led him to become more stressed and unhappy with his results.
After a decade of stressing out and thousands of dollars spent on “fitness solutions,” Hyde finally realized what workout solutions worked for people. Now he is helping others create a sustainable stress-free lifestyle using a unique Foundational Fitness Formula.
For him, it is important to look within oneself when considering a fitness program. Health and fitness are an internal problem, so they need to be dealt with internally.
“We spend so much time trying to fulfill ourselves with other things such as cars, homes, money, and the like. But the most important things in life are relationships, career, spirituality, and health and well-being, all of which require self-development to become better,” Hyde reveals.
He reminds people that there is no one-size-fits-all program. Every individual’s needs are different from one another. Each one has a different set of hobbies, habits, and skills that can be used to improve. He builds a system around the person, with the goal of this system eventually becoming the person’s lifestyle.
“We build the system around the person, so it becomes their lifestyle, so it’s actually more enjoyable than dreadful, and so that they get results and keep them forever,” he adds.
